PANIRECORD offers a wide range of hydraulic dividers. With cutters or a removable knife and round, square or rectangular vats, the PANIRECORD dividers cut the dough in a single operation into 10 to 96 pieces each weighting between 50 g to 2 kg.

The strenghs of PANIRECORD dividers:
A strong construction. Vats and covers are in moulded aluminium alloy and the housing is in  white oven-lacquered steel sheet.
A technology made to last. The hydraulic jack ensures the automatic cutters and base plates lifting as well as their lowering. After the working cycle is over, the pump (which operates the hydraulic jack) stops working in order to ensure a longer lifespan of the machine, low noise and a low power consumption.
An easier cleaning. The stainless steel cutters are automatically released for cleaning and there is no visible fixing screws on plastic base plates.

The TRADIRECORD divider is a 3 in 1 equipment:

a classic divider which allows dough to be divided into pieces of equal volume for bread rolls or french “baguettes”.
a moulder suitable for traditional breads, ciabatta, bread rolls, sandwiches, using interchangeable grids.
a fat press to spread butter or pastry for confectioneries.
Optional, a compression adjustment will allow to gently treat fragile doughs.

 

Standard dividers

After having placed the dough in the divider’s vat and closed the lid, the vat bottom raises and presses the dough to ensure a regular spreading and the dough is divided into pieces by cutters.
Square or rectangular dividers can be fitted with grids for bread rolls of 24 to 96 divisions.
